Tesamorelin / Ipamorelin Blend

This blend puts 12 mg of tesamorelin and 3 mg of ipamorelin in one vial, a 4:1 GHRH to GHRP ratio.

Blend calculations, explained

A fixed-ratio blend requires component-aware arithmetic. Vial composition is kept separate from target amounts so component strengths are never presented as dose suggestions.

Per-component concentration math

Choose the exact vial variant. The Advanced Blend workspace prefills each component and calculates every component concentration from one shared prepared volume.

Vial strength is not a target amount

Each listed number identifies how much of one component is present in the full vial. It does not establish how much of the blend to draw or how often.

How to read the dosing on this page

Blend-level rows

Reported protocols describe how sources reconstitute and draw this vial as a whole, each tied to where it was said.

Component rows

Each peptide's own page reports what studies and guides describe for it alone; the leading rows are repeated below.

One draw, every component

The ratio is fixed by the vial, so a draw sized for one component sets the amount of all the others at the same time.

Molecular profile of each component

Tesamorelin / Ipamorelin Blend is 2 peptides in one vial. Each profile below is PubChem's record for that peptide, read from its own library page; the vial amount is what the label states for this blend, not an amount per draw.

Written for the 10 mg / 3 mg vial: 2 mL of bacteriostatic water gives 5 mg/mL tesamorelin and 1.5 mg/mL ipamorelin, so every 10 units carries 0.5 mg and 150 mcg. The same 20-unit draw from this page's 12/3 vial in 2 mL is 1.2 mg tesamorelin with the same 300 mcg ipamorelin, so the tesamorelin side moves with the label. The guide says the 5-on/2-off rhythm and 8-week cycles are community consensus with no trial behind them and that the combination has no human trial data. Published April 2026.
Community planning guide: 10/3 and 5/5 vials in 3 mL, stepped by 10 units10 units (0.1 mL) of a 10/3 vial in 3 mL gives about 333 mcg tesamorelin and 100 mcg ipamorelin; 20 units about 667 and 200 mcg; 30 units about 1 mg and 300 mcgOnce daily, usually in the eveningSubcutaneous8-16 weeksNot describedCommunity resource2026
Describes two vendor vials (10/3 and 5/5) made up with 3.0 mL for 4.33 or 3.33 mg/mL in total, a step-up from 10 to 20 to 30 units, and a vial lasting 7-15 days at typical 20-40 unit draws. It cites the tesamorelin label doses (2 mg a day for the original Egrifta, 1.28 mg for Egrifta WR) and 100-300 mcg per dose for ipamorelin as its reference points and says plainly that no human trial has tested the two together. A Beverly Hills clinic's page describing the blend as a supervised, off-label therapy: a 2-hour fasting window around each injection because food blunts the GH pulse, bedtime timing to ride the first-sleep GH surge, and IGF-1 and glucose monitoring. It lists the common vial ratios as 5/5 and 10/3 and states that the combination for body composition is not backed by trials, with tesamorelin's data confined to HIV-associated lipodystrophy. Published August 2026.
Community mixing guide: water volume and the fixed ratio1-3 mL of bacteriostatic water per vial; 12 mg of blend in 3 mL gives about 4 mg/mL, so the units for a 100 mcg draw depend on the chosen volumeOnce, at reconstitutionWater run down the vial wall, swirled not shakenAbout 30 days refrigerated after mixingNot applicableCommunity resource2026
Explains that adding more water lowers the concentration but cannot change the ratio of the two peptides, because the manufacturer fixed it in the powder; its table shows 12 mg of blend giving 6, 4, 3 or 2 mg/mL in 2, 3, 4 or 6 mL. It also notes that no large controlled trial has tested the combination. Published September 2026.

How a course is commonly described

  1. Weeks 1-2Community-reported

The most-quoted protocol starts at the full 1 mg tesamorelin plus 300 mcg ipamorelin before bed, 5 nights on and 2 off. Early reports are of water retention, vivid dreams and warmth after the injection.

  2. Weeks 3-8Community-reported

The same guide places reported body-composition change from weeks 3-4, with abdominal fat change described as most visible by week 8, and says aggressive protocols add a morning half-dose in weeks 4-8.

  3. BreakCommunity-reported

An 8-week break follows an 8-week course in one guide; the clinic guide ends an 8-12 week cycle with a break used to recheck IGF-1 and glucose. Both describe the breaks as convention, not trial-derived.

  4. Label comparisonClinical

Egrifta SV is 1.4 mg of tesamorelin once daily, continuous, with exposure matched to the 2 mg daily dose of the original 1 mg-vial Egrifta used in its trials; the label has no days off, no cycles and no ipamorelin.

  • No study has tested tesamorelin with ipamorelin. Tesamorelin is the only component with a licensed dose: the Egrifta SV label gives 1.4 mg once daily from a 2 mg vial, with exposure equivalent to the 2 mg daily dose of the original Egrifta, for reduction of excess abdominal fat in adults with HIV-associated lipodystrophy, and it states that long-term cardiovascular safety has not been established. Nothing on that label covers ipamorelin or a blend.
  • The vial fixes the ratio at 4:1, so a draw with 1 mg of tesamorelin carries 250 mcg of ipamorelin and a draw with 300 mcg of ipamorelin carries 1.2 mg of tesamorelin. The guides above were written for 10/3 vials, where 1 mg goes with 300 mcg; the numbers for this vial are different and neither peptide can be adjusted alone.
  • The ratio is a vendor choice, not a standard. One vendor sells 12/3, another 8/2, a third 10/3 and 5/5, and others 13/3, so a dosing table only applies to the vial it was written for. The 8/2 vendor's page gives no dosing guidance; its stated handling is minus 20 degrees C for the powder and 2-8 degrees C after reconstitution, protected from light.
  • The 5-on/2-off weeks and 8-week cycles come from community practice. The Egrifta label is continuous daily dosing, and the tesamorelin trials behind it ran 26-52 weeks without breaks, so the cycling pattern has no trial behind it for either component or the pair.

In Tesamorelin / Ipamorelin Blend the vial ratio fixes the proportions, so one draw delivers every component at once and none can be raised without the others. What is available now

These fields come from the existing picker, blend catalog and observed presentation data. They are identity and availability context, not evidence of effectiveness.

This blend puts 12 mg of tesamorelin and 3 mg of ipamorelin in one vial, a 4:1 GHRH to GHRP ratio. It is a vendor stack marketed for growth hormone release and abdominal fat loss on the back of tesamorelin's Egrifta licence; the 12/3 vial is sold by one vendor, while another sells 8/2 and others 10/3, 13/3 or 5/5, so the ratio depends on the label. No study has tested tesamorelin with ipamorelin, tesamorelin's once-daily Egrifta dose for HIV-associated lipodystrophy is the only licensed dose of any component, and the community guides below were written for the 10/3 and 5/5 vials rather than this exact one.
