Blend calculations, explained

A fixed-ratio blend requires component-aware arithmetic. Vial composition is kept separate from target amounts so component strengths are never presented as dose suggestions.

Per-component concentration math

Choose the exact vial variant. The Advanced Blend workspace prefills each component and calculates every component concentration from one shared prepared volume.

Vial strength is not a target amount

Each listed number identifies how much of one component is present in the full vial. It does not establish how much of the blend to draw or how often.

Blend-level rows

Reported protocols describe how sources reconstitute and draw this vial as a whole, each tied to where it was said.

Component rows

Each peptide's own page reports what studies and guides describe for it alone; the leading rows are repeated below.

One draw, every component

The ratio is fixed by the vial, so a draw sized for one component sets the amount of all the others at the same time.

Molecular profile of each component

CJC-1295 No DAC / Ipamorelin Blend is 2 peptides in one vial. Each profile below is PubChem's record for that peptide, read from its own library page; the vial amount is what the label states for this blend, not an amount per draw.

The study that established GHRH plus GHRP synergy in people, included here as a related combination rather than a test of the blend. Peak GH after placebo and 0.1, 0.3 and 1.0 mcg/kg GHRP-6 was 1.2, 7.6, 16.5 and 68.7 mcg/L, and the two submaximal GHRP-6 doses given with 1 mcg/kg GHRH released more GH than the sum of the parts; prolactin and cortisol roughly doubled only at the top GHRP-6 dose. Different GHRP, different GHRH, intravenous route, single doses: this is the mechanistic basis for pairing a GHRH analogue with a GHRP, not evidence for CJC-1295 No DAC with ipamorelin.

Reconstitutes the 10 mg (5 + 5) vial with 3.0 mL of bacteriostatic water for 3.33 mg/mL in total, so 1 unit on a U-100 syringe carries about 33 mcg of each peptide; the small draws are why it suggests 30- or 50-unit syringes. It counts 3 vials for 8 weeks and 4 for 12. The same table appears almost word for word on several vendor help pages, so it is one template rather than independent corroboration. A telehealth site's protocol built around laboratory monitoring: baseline IGF-1, fasting glucose, HbA1c and lipids, IGF-1 repeated at week 8 with a 50% dose cut if it exceeds the age-adjusted range, and a metabolic panel at week 12. It states plainly that no randomized trial has tested the pair, that the cycle length has no trial basis, and that people over 60 should start at 100 mcg of each once nightly with IGF-1 checked at 6 weeks. Reviewed July 2025.
Community guide: saturation doses and fasted timing100-200 mcg CJC-1295 No DAC with 100-300 mcg ipamorelin per injection1-3 times daily, fasted (60-90 minutes after a meal), often before sleepSubcutaneous, abdomen or thigh8-16 weeks in most reported protocolsWashout between courses; length not specifiedCommunity resource2026
Argues that both peptides saturate pituitary receptors at roughly 100 mcg per injection, so larger doses extend rather than enlarge the GH pulse, and that glucose and insulin blunt the response, hence fasted and pre-sleep timing. For a 5/5 blend vial it describes 2 mL of bacteriostatic water (1 mg/mL of each peptide) and 28 days refrigerated, and it states that no human RCT has tested the combination at these doses. Note that its separate ranges for the two peptides cannot be followed from a 1:1 vial, where every draw delivers equal micrograms of each. Published July 2026.

How a course is commonly described

  1. Weeks 1-2Community-reported

The common template starts at 100 mcg of each peptide once daily, 3 units of a 5/5 vial made up with 3 mL, injected subcutaneously before bed or on waking.

  2. Weeks 3-6Community-reported

The same template steps up by about 50 mcg of each every one to two weeks: 150 mcg (4.5 units) in weeks 3-4 and 200 mcg (6 units) in weeks 5-6.

  3. Weeks 7-12 and the week 8 checkCommunity-reported

Doses plateau at 250-300 mcg of each. The practitioner protocol repeats IGF-1 at week 8, halves the dose if it is above the age-adjusted range, and adds fasting glucose and HbA1c at week 12.

  4. BreakCommunity-reported

Courses run 8-16 weeks with a 4-8 week break described, justified by receptor recovery and a fresh IGF-1 baseline rather than by any trial of the pair.

  5. Clinical comparisonClinical

The only human synergy data are single intravenous boluses of GHRH with GHRP-6 measured over an hour; no human study has followed a multi-week GHRH plus GHRP course, let alone this blend.

  • No published trial, observational study or registered study has given CJC-1295 and ipamorelin together to people. The synergy argument rests on GHRH plus GHRP-6 work from 1990 and the later diagnostic GHRH-GHRP-6 test, and the only human CJC-1295 trials used the albumin-binding DAC molecule, which lasts about a week and is not what daily blend vials contain.
  • The vial fixes the ratio at 1:1, so a draw that delivers 200 mcg of ipamorelin also delivers 200 mcg of CJC-1295 No DAC. Guides that give the two peptides different ranges are describing separate vials; with the blend the two numbers are always equal, and the 5/5 and 10/10 vials differ only in concentration for a given water volume.
  • CJC-1295 No DAC is modified GRF 1-29, a short-acting peptide cleared in well under an hour, which is why the blend is dosed daily or several times a day. The vendor sells only the 5/5 vial, and an independent May 2026 Chromate test of a shop-provided vial found 9.932 mg against the 10 mg label at 99.56% purity, with no sterility or heavy-metal screen.
  • Neither peptide is approved anywhere. In 2024 the FDA's compounding advisory committee voted 12-0 against ipamorelin and 13-0 against CJC-1295 for the 503A bulks list, and both are prohibited at all times by WADA under S2.2.4. The practitioner protocol's IGF-1 and glucose monitoring reflects the known effects of raising GH; none of the rows above is an endorsement of use.

What is available now

These fields come from the existing picker, blend catalog and observed presentation data. They are identity and availability context, not evidence of effectiveness.

This blend pairs the GHRH analogue CJC-1295 No DAC with the ghrelin-receptor agonist ipamorelin at 1:1, sold as 5/5 or 10/10 mg. It is the classic GHRH plus GHRP stack, sold by the vendor and many other vendors and marketed for growth hormone release, sleep, recovery and body composition; community guides describe 100-300 mcg of each peptide once to three times daily, fasted or at bedtime, in 8-16 week courses. No trial has tested this product or these two peptides together: the human synergy evidence comes from 1990 studies of GHRH given with the older GHRP-6, and every human CJC-1295 trial used the long-acting DAC form, so the component pages carry the evidence.
