Reverse peptides calculator

Find the BAC water to add so a fixed syringe draw delivers your dose, the reverse of solving the draw from the water used.

The amount of peptide in the vial, up to 3 digits.

The amount you want in each draw.

On a U-100 insulin syringe, 100 units is 1 mL.

Required BAC water

20.00mL

Reconstitute your peptide vial using 20.00 mL of BAC water.

Where 20.00 mL = 2,000 units of BAC water.

Vial contents
5 mg
Dose per draw
250 mcg
Draw per dose
100 units
Volume per draw
1.00 mL
Doses in the vial
20

The result assumes a U-100 insulin syringe, where 100 units is 1 mL. Check the markings on your own syringe before drawing.

What the reverse calculator does

The benefit of this calculator is to find the correct amount of BAC water to reconstitute with for a pre-determined syringe draw amount, as opposed to a typical peptide calculator which instead tells you how much to draw given a specified amount of BAC water used.

How the volume is worked out

  1. Doses in the vial = vial contents (mg) × 1000 ÷ dose (mcg). A 5 mg vial at 250 mcg per dose holds 20 doses.
  2. Each dose is drawn as the units you chose. On a U-100 insulin syringe 100 units is 1 mL, so a 100-unit draw is 1 mL per dose.
  3. BAC water to add = doses in the vial × mL per dose. In the example, 20 doses × 1 mL = 20 mL.

When you already know how much water you will add and need the draw instead, use the main calculator.
